Digital Products

All digital modules and course products are delivered electronically via email upon successful payment. No shipping applies to digital orders.

Physical Products

Physical products (content creator items) are shipped from Cape Town to anywhere in South Africa. We use a selection of trusted courier partners to ensure reliable delivery.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 business days of dispatch. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at cchaus.co.za/pages/contact and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Important Notes

•        We currently ship within South Africa only.

•        Delivery times may be affected by public holidays or unforeseen courier delays.

•        Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
